Blessed are the peacemakers, for the will be called sons of God. MT. 5:9. As I set and go through the memories of the times I was blessed enough to serve with Jim at the DeQueen Police Department I reflect back on those days and consider it an utmost privilege to have served alongside such a man. He will be missed by so many. Carlene I am miles away I just want to let you know that my thoughts, my heart ,and my prayers are with you. May God truly bless and comfort you you during this time.

Heaven now has another great Behling man. I know my dad is up there rejoicing with him. I wish I had known Jim, but if he's anything like my dad I know that he was loved, he did love, and he will be greatly missed. Our hearts go out to the entire family.

Jim was a good man who made a positive impact on all of us who worked with and for him. He always knew exactly what to do and was one of the best supervisors I've ever had and one of the police officers I've ever known. Rest in peace.
